Sunday, February 17th, 2008East Anglia is the region of eastern England that lies broadly to the north of London and the Thames estuary, to the south of the Wash (the square shaped indentation in England’s east coast) and to the east of the East Midlands. The region is also known, much less commonly, as the “East of England”.
